Watch the 1000-foot lake freighters
from only a few feet away as they
pass through the Soo Locks. If you
would like to go through the locks
yourself, get aboard the Soo Locks
Boat Tour.

Take the Soo Locks train tour through town to hit all the historical sites.

Cross the international bridge into Canada and take a ride on the Agawa Train. It's an unforgettable trip through the Canadian wilderness.

Visit one of the many gift shops directly across the street from the locks. You'll find everything from fudge to miniature golf to beautiful artwork and of course a wide variety of gifts.
Directly across from the Sugar Island Ferry is the Soo Golf Course.
Want a fantastic view of the town and the Canadian shoreline? Take a walk up the Tower of History.
Visit the Valley Camp Museum, a lake freighter filled with historical facts including a display of the Edmund Fitzgerald and the story behind its sinking.
Eat at one of our many restaurants or visit the Kewadin Casino in town. Maybe you would like dinner on the St. Mary's river?
